OKR

An OKR (Objective and Key Results) is a goal paired with the specific, measurable results that show whether it's actually being achieved.

The objective is the ambition, stated in plain language. The key results are the numbers that prove it's real progress and not just activity. Together they turn a vague goal into something a team, or an AI agent, can actually track and act on.

OKRs are one of Masterforce's core entry types, alongside tasks and documents. The orchestrator watches OKR health continuously, so a key result that's quietly stalling gets surfaced before it becomes a surprise.
